My Cool Dog
Sarah and I went to Petco the other day and got Bailey a bag of treats from the treat bar and a bag of bones/rawhides from the bone/rawhide bar. I love giving Bailey bones or rawhides because as soon as she gets one she turns into the funniest pup I have ever seen. Here is how she typically acts after getting these treats:
First she’ll sit down and take the bone over to her spot where she always eats her treats (the middle of the living room floor). We could be in a different room and she won’t eat the treat until she gets to her spot. Then she will take the bone and turn into Bailey the Bone Hider. Except she does this in the house. She takes the bone, finds a corner of the room, and uses her nose to push it into the corner. Then, because she is A.D.D. she walks away for 36 seconds and goes back to the bone picks it up and moves it to the next corner of the house where she does the same thing. Sometimes if we are in the bedroom she will hide the bone in the dirty clothes basket, or behind my backpack and use dirty clothes to cover it with. She plays this little hide game for about an hour at a time. It is the most hilarious thing ever. I will try and take some video of it and post it to the site. You gotta see it.
